Same day support for non-monthly support clients subject to $75 rush fee.
Our hourly rates are:
Onsite rate has $45 trip charge (metro Atlanta) and one hour minimum billed in half-hour increments:
- Server/PC support $125/hour
- Data Recovery $200/hour in-house, 2-hour minimum
Phone/Remote support has a 30 minute minimum and billed in 30 minute increments
EyeOnLAN Managed Services - Unlimited help desk support, maintenance, disaster recovery, patching for $29/month per PC. Servers are priced based upon type ($99-$299). Onsite rate is $120/hr billed in half-hour increments and no trip charge.
